Instead of just putting an individual price on every single cup, saucer and sideplate, and then letting you get on with it, I much prefer to speak with you and get an idea for what you have in mind and what your individual requirements are. Then I can tailor-make a quote for you that will ensure that you get the full 'vintage' effect for your event. Plus its always so much nicer to actually speak to a real person rather than just fill a form in online!
In terms of delivering and collecting my crockery, I dont charge anything if you are within a 30 mile radius of my home just outside Frodsham in Cheshire. If you do live further away then I do need to cover the cost of my petrol which works out about 30p per mile.

Breakages - It is a fact of life that:
Crockery + Gravity + Hard Floor = Breakages!
With this in mind i do have to include a breakages fee of £10.00 per item which takes into account the fact that most of my pieces are part of a set and one breakage will mean a set is incomplete.
Cancellation: Its ok to change your mind, sometimes plans change so all you need to do is let me know at least 24 hours before the date. As I will have to turn away any other enquiries for that date once you have booked, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your event, or you simply dont get back in touch once i have invoiced you, then i'm afraid that the amount of the invoice will still require payment in full.
